Irrfan Khan is one of the prolific actors not only in Bollywood but also in Hollywood. The actor has given some stellar performance in Life Of Pi, The Amazing Spider-Man, Jurassic World, Inferno and many more. Last year, Irrfan was diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour and this had left his fans in shock. He had been in London for the treatment and in September 2019, Irrfan returned to Mumbai after undergoing a successful surgery post his shoot for Angrezi Medium in London. After his treatment, Irrfan Khan released the first trailer of his upcoming film, Angrezi Medium which garnered a lot of appreciation while many are waiting to see the actor’s onscreen.
With so many compliments pouring in for the actor, he got the best compliment from a person whom he idolizes. Well, the person in question is none other than Avengers’ superhero Hulk aka Mark Ruffalo. Yes. Well, getting a compliment from the star is quite a big deal and Irrfan just found himself a fan in Ruffalo. Well, reportedly, this was one of the incidents which was revealed in a book based on Irrfan's life, titled, 'Irrfan Khan: The Man, The Dreamer, The Star'. In the book, it is stated that after the success of Slumdog Millionaire, he was having brunch with his friends in a restaurant and there he spotted Mark with a bunch of people.
As Irrfan was hoping to meet the star and meaning to talk to him, he was about to leave. However, little did he know and much to Khan’s surprise, Mark recognized the Gunday actor and came up to him and complimented him for his work. According to the book, Mark said, 'Hey man, I love your work'.
Meanwhile, Irrfan Khan is gearing up for his comeback after taking a sabbatical. Angrezi Medium will also see Radhika Madan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Dimple Kapadia, Pankaj Tripathi, Kiku Sharda and Deepak Dobriyal. The film is expected to release on March 13, 2020.
