Irrfan Khan Had A Successful Surgery Post Angrezi Medium In London, Spokesperson Requests Media To Not Speculate

Irrfan Khan fans were in utter shock when the star revealed that he had been diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumor. He had then been in London for the treatment. Today, in early hours, our shutterbugs spotted him at the Mumbai airport. It was kind of strange as Irrfan was papped covering his face with a mask and was on a wheelchair. Soon speculations started doing the rounds that his health has gone worse. However, his spokesperson has denied all the reports.
In a statement issued by the spokesperson, it has been revealed that Irrfan underwent a surgery post his shoot for Angrezi Medium and is in Mumbai as he was missing home. The surgery was successful and there is nothing to worry. The spokesperson said, “Irrfan had a successful surgery after wrapping Angrezi Medium shoot in London. He was missing home and has come to Mumbai for a few days and recover. We request the media to not speculate and thanking everyone again for the continued support.”

Irrfan Khan had recently come down to India from London for the shoot of his upcoming film Angrezi Medium and soon after it wrapped, he went back to London to continue his treatment.
It was in March last year that Irrfan had announced about his tumor. Taking to social media he had revealed that he has been diagnosed with a rare tumor. He had written, “The last fifteen days, my life has been a suspense story. Little had I known that my search for rare stories would make me find a rare disease.”
