Well, it seems like 2023 is going to be a wedding season in Bollywood. After Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, it is reported that Rakul Preet Singh will be getting married to her actor boyfriend Jackky Bhagnani next year. Yes, you read that right! Rakul and Jackky who have been in a relationship for quite some time now, have decided to take their relationship to the next level. Notably, Rakul’s brother, Aman confirmed their wedding saying that marriage is on the cards, but nothing is concrete yet.
A source close to the actors told ETimes, “Shaadi 2023 mein hogi aur yeh pucca hai. Aakhir dono ko ek doosre se inteha pyaar hai aur dono shaadi mein vishwas rakhte hain (They will become man and wife in 2023. They both believe in the institurion of marriage).” The insider added that the month and date are yet to be fixed but their families are thinking to kick off wedding preparations. It is being said that Jackky's father Vashu Bhagnani who is known for his lavish style, would leave no stone unturned to make his son’s special day grand. Talking about the wedding, Rakul Preet's brother Aman was quoted saying, “Rakul has acted in a couple of projects by Jackky Bhagnani. Marriage is obviously on the cards, but nothing is concrete yet. She will announce it on her own when she decides to get married. I would know if it was happening. Marriage is the climax of any relationship. Jackky is one of the top producers of Indian cinema and he has lots of ambitious projects in mind, in fact, both of them are very busy people. So, they have their own goals.”
In 2021, Rakul and Jackky made their relationship official on Instagram with a romantic post. The couple's relationship progressed organically during Covid 19 induced lockdown when they started meeting each other more frequently and realized they share common interests and feel something special about each other.
