It’s Confirmed, Richa Chadha-Ali Fazal Are Getting Married In April; Court Wedding First, Crazy Celebrations Later

Putting a stamp of approval on stray reports of an April/summer wedding, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal’s teams have issued a joint statement. Congratulations are indeed in order for the couple who are all set to formalise their relationship with a court registration in the last week of April. Celebrations will follow, soon after.
The statement released by their teams reads as follows, “Currently, only the date for the registration has been taken. By process, the window that is valid is for 3 months from the date that has been allotted. The couple are working towards an official registration in the last week of April post which the celebrations will follow. All we can say at the moment is that it’s a happy occasion and all the parties involved are elated.”
Meanwhile, it was earlier reported that Ali had proposed to Richa Chadha in Maldives, following which, the two started looking for wedding venues to solemnise their union. Later, it was also reported that the two have zany plans for the wedding venue and want a totally quirked out celebration by the beach. Some reports even suggested the two could have a cruise party to formalise their wedding and celebrate with friends and family.
