It's Curtains For Ddlj
It's all over on the big screen for Aditya Chopra's iconic Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol starrer Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ).

Maratha Mandir which ran this film since its release in 1995 has withdrawn the film with effect from today.

The theatre's owner Manoj Desai had hinted in October last year that he would like to pull off the Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol starrer by December once it completes 1000 weeks because the collections had taken a nosedive. However, he seemed to have changed his mind in January.

But the news this morning has come as a big surprise.

When contacted, Desai confirmed and said "We were not getting as much audience as before. All said and done, it was not an easy decision to take. I have pulled off this film with a very heavy heart."
