Rahi Masoom Raza's son Nadeem still not responding much; his wife Parvati Khan gets a call from Jackie Shroff, Javed Jafferi among others
Ace Dialogue Writer Rahi Masoom Raza's son Nadeem continues to fight for life in LIlavati. A brain surgery was performed on May 8, but Nadeem is still unconscious till the time of going online. Nadeem, who's also a Parkinson patient, fell on the stairs on May 6, when he and his wife had stepped out to get some fresh air as they were feeling very claustrophobic at home owing to the on-going lockdown. This, incidentally, happens to be Nadeem's FOURTH fall in the past few years.
The ace cinematographer (Gunaah, King Uncle) Nadeem however did respond to his wife's call once today, as she told us, talking to us EXCLUSIVELY a few minutes ago. "The doctors are working very closely and diligently on Nadeem and are hopeful that he will pull out through this. However, they told me that there should be more such responses like the one he gave today."
Parvati also added that Nadeem has developed fever, today. "The paracetamol and antibiotics being given should show results. I am optimistic," she added.
Any calls from the industry, we asked? "Yes, we have got calls. The three names I distinctly remember as we talk are Jackie Shroff, Javed Jafferi and Aruna Raje."
