Tiger Shroff and his sister Krishna Shroff are one of the fittest sibling duos in the Hindi film industry. While Tiger’s fitness is for the world to see in his films, as he has emerged the action star of Bollywood, his Instagram is also a proof of his dedication to his fitness as you can see him uploading videos from the gym or trying some or the other form of martial arts.
Krishna, on the other hand, has made a career in fitness. Along with her brother, she owns their MMA Matrix Fitness Center, and even promotes the MMA alongside. The sibling duo are at many times seen sweating it out in the gym together. And their mother, Ayesha Shroff, also joins them at times and now, even she is as dedicated towards fitness.
Ask Tiger and Krishna’s father Jackie Shroff if his kids have been able to pull him also towards the fitness journey, like his wife, and he shares, “I don’t have any other option since I am also an actor. So, for my kids, family, friends and the people that love me, I should lead by example. Till the age of 90, a person should have a straight spine. At 90, your body should be at 90 degrees.”
The actor believes in the power of yoga to keep himself fit. “Whatever you sow you reap, so everyone should do yoga and pranayam, and focus on their breath,” he says, sharing how his son Tiger’s dedication towards fitness inspires him. “His fitness journey inspires me and I even try to practise that. I try to walk for an hour-and-a-half daily and push my body. I also try doing pranayama everyday to stay one with my mind and my body,” he concludes.
