February 24 marked the second death anniversary of the late legendary actress Sridevi, and several members from the film fraternity penned their heartfelt tributes for the actress. One of the biggest stars of the Bollywood industry, Sridevi had passed away due to accidental drowning in her hotel’s bathtub in Dubai, and it was a huge loss for the Indian film industry. Now, a special prayer meet is being held currently at her house in Chennai, and it is being attended by Boney Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, as well as south star Ajith Kumar.
Boney Kapoor was spotted at the Mumbai airport late Monday evening, heading to Chennai for the prayer meet. Janhvi Kapoor was also snapped by the paparazzi late last night in a desi avatar heading to Chennai to attend the prayer meet. With the prayer meet being held right now, pictures and videos from the same show Janhvi standing outside the Chennai house, dressed in a bright pink saree, with a gold blouse. Boney Kapoor can be seen in a plain off white kurta pajama. The video also gives a glimpse in the porch of their house, and shows South superstar Ajith Kumar arriving in his car for the prayer meet.

Meanwhile, on Sridevi’s second death anniversary, Janhvi Kapoor got emotional and remembered her mother with a throwback picture, and wrote, “Miss you everyday. Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Sunita Kapoor, Manish Malhotra, Dabboo Ratnani also remembered the late actress through heartfelt posts on social media.
