Janhvi Kapoor is taking forward the beautiful legacy of her mother Sridevi. She made her debut with the film Dadak along with Ishaan Khatter, however, sadly, Sridevi could not be alive to watch her daughter shine on the big screen. Just before the release of Dadak, the news of Sridevi's demise in Dubai shocked one and all. In the latest set of pictures shared by Janhvi Kapoor, fans are once again reminded of eternal beauty - Sridevi.

The Gunjan Saxena actress recently took to her Instagram account to share a few pictures that see her donning the retro look. She has shared the pictures with the caption, "Pretended to live in the 1950s for a day and enjoyyyyyed" which says it all. In the pictures, we see her dressed in gorgeous sarees while her hairdo gives the retro look. Not just us, even her fans think that she looks like an exact replica of her mother.

Especially in the first picture that sees her sporting a bindi and pearl earrings, Janhvi looks like a splitting image of her late mother. A fan commented, "Ek dum sri mam lag rahi ho aa." Another one wrote, "Sri Devi got back looks like." Check out her pictures below:
