Janhvi Kapoor and her rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya have become the talk of the town as the duo was spotted attending Anant Ambani’s engagement ceremony with Radhika Merchant at Antilia. The ex-couple has reportedly rekindled their love and were all smiles as they made an appearance for the party.
Several videos and pictures of the couple have gone viral and fans cannot stop wondering if the two are dating each other after breaking up a few years ago.
During the recent outing, Janhvi met Shikhar at the event. She was seen decked up in a pink saree with a sleeveless blouse and left her hair loose giving a stunning look. Shikhar, on the other hand, wore a white kurta pyjama for the event.
The video opened with Janhvi going inside the venue in the midst of security guards and police personnel. She was joined by Shikhar soon after. Both of them went inside together and stood with each other amid the crowd.
However, fans couldn’t stop wondering about Janhvi’s relationship status. Reacting to the clip, one person wrote, “Janhvi Kapoor is back with Shikhar Pahariya again.” Another person commented, “She looks elegant (red heart emoji).” Other fan wrote, “Looking pretty in saree (smiling face with red heart eyes emojis).” “She is back with Shikhar Pahariya”, wrote one more fan.
An ETimes report quoted a source who informed that Janhvi and Shikhar started talking to each other once again a few months ago and then after some time, they decided to try and gauge if they can get back together. The insider also mentioned that sometime around last week the two decided that they had indeed rekindled their love.
Janhvi was recently spotted with Shikhar at an event in Delhi, and he often posts comments on Janhvi’s Instagram posts. To everyone’s surprise, he even called her ‘Ma Cherie’ in one of the comments.
Interestingly, Janhvi’s rumoured beau also joined her on a vacation in the Maldives. She even shared a series of pictures from her time on the beach, in the sun as well as under the moon. It was later confirmed that she was accompanied by Shikhar when a Reddit user pointed out the similarity between his and Janhvi's pics.
Janhvi had shared a picture of herself under the moonlit sky and wrote, “(Half moon emoji) Meet me in the pale moonlight (half yellow moon emoji).” Shikhar had even commented on it, “Moon spirit (red heart emoji).”
Shikhar also shared the same picture of the moonlit sky on his Instagram Stories though he wasn't posing like Janhvi.
