Janta Curfew: Lovebirds Arjun Kapoor And Malaika Arora Clap Hands From Actress's Home Balcony But Maintain Distance
Yesterday, the entire country observed the Janta Curfew from 7 AM to 9 PM by staying inside their respective homes. While the nation observed the Janta Curfew, everyone was requested to clap their hands at 5 PM yesterday to express gratitude towards the doctors and everyone around the world helping to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. As several Bollywood celebrities participated in the initiative, lovebirds Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora are spotted clapping hands together in their balcony at 5 PM.

On Instagram, a fan page account shared pictures of Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora standing in Malaika's home balcony and clapping their hands to express their gratitude towards the ones helping to fight against the deadly virus. In the pictures, Arjun is spotted standing at one end of the balcony, while Malaika on the other with a plant pot dividing them. While the lovebirds participate in the initiative, the couple is dressed casually with Malaika in white shirt denim and Arjun in a grey t-shirt and denim.

As Arjun and Malaika clapped hands together, in the pictures shared on social media, Kapoor’s sister Anshula Kapoor is also spotted clapping her hands from her flat. Anshula is also dressed casually in a blue shirt and black pants. Later, after the curfew, Arjun took to his Instagram and mentioned how it was not a holiday, while Malaika shared a video of a group of people walking with drums on the road and clapping mentioning how it makes her very angry that the message isn’t sinking in for some people.



Meanwhile, apart from Malaika and Arjun, Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, and his family, The Bachchan family, Raveena Tandon and her family, Saif Ali Khan- Kareena Kapoor Khan and several other B-town celebrities participated in the initiative.
