Jawan LEAKED Videos: Social Media Platforms Ordered By Delhi High Court To Delete Viral Content Of Shah Rukh Khan Starrer- REPORT
Videos of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan have been going viral on social for the past few months
With the rise in the use of social media, people have gotten into the habit of recording anything and everything and uploading it on the internet for some views. For the past few months, a few second videos and photos from Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movie Jawan have been going viral on the internet. On Tuesday, the Delhi High Court ordered all the social networking websites to delete the leaked content and stop its distribution.
Shah Rukh and his wife Gauri Khan’s production house, Red Chillies Entertainment has submitted a petition to the HC on the same matter. The panel led by Justice C Hari Shankar asked YouTube, Google, Twitter and Reddit to take necessary measures that would stop the distribution of Jawan’s content. In its order, the HC also asked internet service providers to block the access to websites that offer the movie material for downloads. ALSO READ: LEAKED! According to the report by India TV, the bench also voiced concern over the unauthorised distribution of the leaked video clips and photos. The report states that this could lead to jeopardising the movie’s advertising during its release in theatres. For the unversed, the petitioner had mentioned that two snippets from the movie were widely shared on social media. One of them being SRK’s fight sequence and the other being a dance sequence.
Directed by Atlee, Jawan also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles. The promo of the action-thriller was released in 2022, leaving the fans wondering what the makers have in store for them. Apart from Jawan, SRK also has Dunki in his pipeline. Starring Taapsee Pannu, the movie is one of the most-awaited projects of SRK till date.
