And if someone sings the song in English, you can imagine how hysterical it will sound. Similarly, singer and songwriter, Jay Sean recently dropped a video on his Instagram and we just can’t stop laughing. In the video, he is seen crooning Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s Mehndi Laga Ke Rakhna song from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge in English.
As he sings the song, he apologises to everyone for ruining it. He captioned the video with, “Not quite the same innit. I deeply apologize if I have ruined this song for ur forever. However I will continue to do these coz they give me jokes.” Well, don’t know about you, but the English translation of the song took actor Priyanka Chopra on a laughter ride as she dropped a comment saying, “Hahahahahhaha” Even fans seemed to be in splits as one commented, “Lol can't listen to this song normal any more” while another said, “Hahaha so accurate. Literally me explaining songs all the time!”
There was one more who thanked him for making his day, “thank you for making my dayyyyyyy slightly brighter!!!!” Since he has mentioned he'd make more such content in the future, we can’t wait to get some doses of laughter. Till then, watch the video here:
