After a lot of postpones and delays, Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur starrer Jersey will finally see the light of day this Friday, 22nd April. With just one day left to its release, the early reviews of the movie have started buzzing on social media, and apparently, the reviewers are quite positive. In fact, fans and netizens are left might impressed by the actor and took to Twitter to share their views about the sports drama.

Meanwhile, apart from Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur, the film also stars Pankaj Kapur. Jersey is produced by Dil Raju, S Naga Vamsi, and Aman Gill. Directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, Jersey is the story of a talented but failed cricketer, who decides to return to the field in his late 30s caused of the urge to represent the Indian cricket team and fulfill his son’s wish for a jersey as a gift.
