John Abraham Opens Up On Death-Defying Action Stunts: ‘Kind of Risks I And My Team Take Sometimes Leads To Injuries’
John Abraham talks about doing hardcore action and death-defying stunts in movies
John Abraham is gearing up for the release of his upcoming actioner ‘Attack’ which also stars Rakul Preet Singh and Jacqueline Fernandez. The actor plays a super-soldier officer who is on a mission to save the country and will be seen doing some high-octane action stunts and bike sequences. Needless to say, John will take the action quotient a notch higher in ‘Attack’. In a recent interview, the Dhoom actor opened up about doing death-defying stunts and risky bike action scenes.
In an interview with India.com, John revealed that the kind of risks he and his entire team take while shooting the action scenes, be it from incredible heights or at an unimaginable speed, sometimes leads to injuries. The handsome actor also spoke at length about his next release 'Attack' and asserted he strongly feels they have made a “damn good” film and he is very about confident about the film. “I am a guy who wouldn’t do interviews if I have made a bad film. It’s very clear (to me). I know we’ve made a good film. When I say I have made a good film, I don’t know what the collections of the film are going to be… I am being very honest with you. But, I know the takeaway from this film (Attack) is going to be ‘hey, it’s a cool film and the film industry should make more films like this.’ This film will grow on people by word-of-mouth,” John explained.
Directed by Lakshya Raj Anand, ‘Attack’, which is a race against time story of rescue led by a ranger officer (John), is slated to hit the theatres this Friday, April 1.
