As Attack receives mixed reactions, John Abraham penned a thank you note on Instagram
John Abraham has been making headlines because of his recently released movie Attack: Part 1. The movie which also stars Rakul Preet Singh and Jacqueline Fernandez received mixed reviews. Now, John took to Instagram to thank the audience for accepting his film. The actor mentioned that he is proud of the film.
The actor shared a note that read, "Whatever appreciation we have received for this film, a big THANK YOU to the audience for accepting something that's new and different. ATTACK was an honest, humble experiment on our part to give the industry something refreshing and new. It was challenging through the 3 pandemic waves but we got what we wanted, I completely own and am proud of this film."
He added, "I stand by the honest effort every team member has taken on ATTACK." Abhishek Bachchan dropped a comment saying, "More power to you, Baba." Fans too reacted to the post. During the promotions, John had dropped hints about the second part. According to Pinkvilla, the actor had said, "We have got a script ready. When you see our film, you will realise that our film needs to take the story forward."
Up next, John will be seen in Pathaan which also stars Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan. He also has Ek Villain Returns. It also stars Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria.
