John Abraham Receives A Congratulatory Message From Akshay Kumar For The Success Of Batla House
The actor talks of receiving a message from Akshay Kumar on the success of Batla House, which took everyone by sweet surprise shock
Besides being at loggerheads, both the actors have also delivered hits when they were featured together in a flick. Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal and John Abraham's Batla House released at the box-office on the same day and emerged as a successful running films at the ticket window despite of clash. In the past too Akki's Gold and John's Satyameva Jayate both had released on the same and still continued to make good monies. Thus, this time as well with the history repeating itself, John spilled the beans about receiving a message Akshay.
During a conversation with Mid-Day, John was asked from whom did he receive the best comment for Batla House and the actor's reply took everyone by surprise as the Batla House actor took contender Akshay's name. Sharing Akki's message received by him, he said, "I am happy for you too. It’s time we work together." This sweet gesture came from the Khiladi Kumar, when John congratulated him on the success of Mission Mangal, which is ahead of Batla House.
This multi-starrer Mission Mangal directed by Jagan Shakti minted Rs. 96.50 crore in its first weekend; Batla House is inching towards the 50 crore mark by earning Rs 43.50 crore. Both the actors have an amazing line up of work to be presented on celluloid in the upcoming days.
