John Abraham shares that he has not eaten his favourite sweet 'Kaju Katli' in the past 27 years

John Abraham is undoubtedly one of the fittest actors of Bollywood. From the very start, John is known for his killer looks and well-toned physique. But maintaining the shape and fitness level takes a lot of effort, dedication, discipline, and hard work. In a recent chat with Shilpa Shetty, John Abraham revealed many of his fitness secrets and he has sacrificed to be fit and fab.
The ‘RAW’ actor appeared on Shilpa Shetty’s show, ‘Shape of You’. During a true and false segment, when the host asked him, is it true that he had not had his favourite sweet Kaju Katli for 25 years, to which he smiled and said "I think that is false. It has been 27 years. It has been a long time”. He further added that he stays away from aerated drinks because he believes that more than smoking cigarettes, sugar does more harm to the body. John was quoted saying, “I believe, and I guess, you do the same, that sugar is the biggest poison in the world”. During the fun session, it also came out that John does not believe that he is handsome. When Shilpa confronted the actor, he said that according to him it is very subjective and is all together with a state of mind. To him, if you feel good on a certain day, then you feel nice. He went on and stated, “But, I do not believe that anybody can be handsome for the world, or beautiful for the world. It depends. In our industry, we are all bound by a string called insecurity. Because of this insecurity, vanity comes into the picture and we do a lot for vanity."
Today when everyone is on social platforms, the ‘Madras Café’ actor admitted that he does not have any social media apps on his phone, not even WhatsApp. Shocking, right?
Talking about his work front, John recently completed the shoot of ‘Ek Villain Returns’ with Tara Sutaria and Arjun Kapoor. Next, he will be seen in an action movie ‘Attack’ with Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh.
