Judgementall Hai Kya Writer Kanika Dhillon Confirms Ending Her Marriage With Husband Prakash Kovelamudi- EXCLUSIVE
This day started on a sad note when the news of Dia Mirza calling it quits on her 5-year-old marriage with Sahil Sangha, splashed on social media. And now, we have update on another broken marriage. Judgmentall Hai Kya writer, Kanika Dhillon (who has also written hits like Manmarziyaan, Kedarnath) spoke to SpotboyE.com, a while back, along with her director husband Prakash Kovelamudi, and confirmed that their marriage is over.

Did the separation take place while the duo was working on Ekta Kapoor’s recently released film, starring Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao? “Yes, we did split but not during Judgementall Hai Kya. It happened 2 years back, before the cameras rolled on the film,” said both in unison.

When we prodded to know what exactly when wrong, Prakash continued to say, “We were settled in Hyderabad, as my social circle is there, but Kanika shifted to Mumbai, around 2 years back...” At this time, Kanika interrupted to say, “That’s really not important, what matters is that we are still friends and the decision is amicable.”

We then wondered if Kanika and Prakash will be open to working together again. “Of course, why not! We have pulled this (Judgmentall Hai Kya) off together successfully and had a great time working together. Surely open to collaborate on more projects.” said Prakash.

Before hanging up, we once again asked them what led to the marital discord but they refrained from divulging any details.
