Blackbuck Poaching Case: Salman Khan Asked To Appear In Jodhpur Court Today
Salman Khan who was last convicted in the Blackbuck Poaching Case and was awarded five-year imprisonment in 2018 is currently out on bail. A recent update on the case states that the star has been asked to mark his appearance in the Jodhpur court today. In the last hearing, it was ruled out that if Salman Khan does not show up in court before or on September 27, his bail would be cancelled. The District and Sessions Court in Jodhpur is hearing his appeal against a sessions court verdict that granted him five-year imprisonment.

Earlier in July, Salman Khan was warned by the Jodhpur court over his absence from the hearings. As per reports, Judge Chandra Kumar Songara made it very clear to the star’s lawyers that they should ensure everyone is present for the hearing scheduled for July 3. Yet the star failed to show up in the court. Post this, it was ruled out that if Salman Khan does not make it to the next hearing, his bail would be cancelled. The next hearing is scheduled for September 27, i.e., tomorrow and Salman Khan is expected to be present.

The Blackbuck Poaching Case is going on for two decades and recently it was in the news because someone sent Salman Khan a death threat over the same.
