Last Friday, superstar Salman Khan took his fans by a delightful surprise after he unexpectedly announced his 2021 release. The film, which has been titled Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, is going to be helmed by Farhad Samji and written and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Not much is known about the film’s plot though. Well, ever since the film was announced, fans have been eagerly waiting to know about its leading lady. Now, if a report in Filmfare is anything to go by, Kriti Sanon has been finalised to star alongside Khan in this one.

The report states that makers have roped in Kriti Sanon, whom if true, will be seen romancing Salman Khan for the first time. Interestingly, this fresh pairing will also attract a lot of audiences to theatres. Adding fuel to the fire was Kriti Sanon liking all the tweets on Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali announcement.
