Kajol has rented out her Powai apartment for Rs 90K per month
Kajol is one of the most successful stars in Bollywood. It is well-known that she lives with her husband Ajay Devgn in their lavish Juhu bungalow. And if reports are to be believed, she has rented out her Powai apartment for Rs 90,000 per month.
According to a report by Money Control, Kajol's property spreads out to 771 square feet. The apartment is situated on the 21st floor of the Atlantic project in Hiranandani Gardens in Powai. It is said that the leave and license agreement were registered on December 3. Documents revealed that the tenant paid a security deposit of Rs 3 lakh. And after one year, the rent of the house will go up to Rs 96,750 per month.

Reportedly, Salman Khan also gave one of his properties in Mumbai on rent. This apartment is in Shiv Asthan Heights, Bandra West, Mumbai. If reports are to be believed, Salman rented out the apartment which is on the 14th floor at Rs 95,000 per month.
Amitabh Bachchan also recently made headlines after he rented out his Andheri West house to actor Kriti Sanon. Apparently, the rent for the duplex unit is Rs 10 lakh per month for two years. The apartment is situated on the 27th and 28th floor.
