Kajol To Be Prasar Bharti Board Member?

Kajol is being tipped as the frontrunner for the member of Prasar Bharti board. She is on the list of seven persons, from which new Prasar Bharti members will be chosen.
Others on the list include singer Anoop Jalota, former Prime Minister’s media advisor Ashok Tandon and journalist Minhaz Merchant.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has forwarded the list to a committee headed by Vice President Hamid Ansari comprising Information and Broadcasting Secretary and Chairman of Press Council of India (PCI). From the seven names, four will be selected to function as part-time members.
