According to a report in CNN News18, Bandra court in Mumbai has ordered FIR against Kangana Ranaut and her sister and manager Rangoli Chandel for spreading communal hatred

Bollywood’s controversy queen Kangana Ranaut has once again landed in trouble. Not only Kangana, her sister and manager Rangoli Chandel too has come under the radar. As per latest reports, Bandra court in Mumbai has ordered an FIR against the Ranaut sisters. The actress is accused of spreading communal hatred following which the court has ordered an FIR. According to a report in CNN News18, people named Munna Varali and Sahil Ashraf Syed have filed a petition in the Bandra court.

The report further states that the petition reads that Kangana Ranaut is constantly trying to discredit Bollywood. From social media to TV, everywhere she is speaking out against Bollywood. She is constantly calling Bollywood the epicentre of nepotism and favouritism. The petition further stated that Kangana has created a gap between Bollywood's Hindu and Muslim actors. 

The petitioners believe that she is constantly making objectionable tweets, which not only hurt religious sentiments but also promotes hatred between the two communities. Following the same, Bandra court has ordered to register an FIR against Kangana for promoting communal hatred.  It is being said, the actress can be booked under section like 156 (3) of CRPC. Syed has provided the objectionable tweets to court and if there is strong evidence against her it could also lead to her arrest.

Recently, Karnataka court-ordered FIR against Kangana Ranaut for her Tweet slamming the farmer’s protest opposing the Farmers Bill. Karnataka’s Tumkur police station recently filed a complaint against her based on advocate Ramesh Naik L’s complaint under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
