Kangana Ranaut Compares Mumbai To PoK: NCW Demands Arrest Of Shiv Sena MLA Pratap Sarnaik Who Said ‘Our Warriors Will Break Kangana's Mouth’
Kangana Ranaut landed in controversy after she made a tweet wherein she compared Mumbai to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) while reacting to Shiv Sena’s Sanjay Raut who had asked her not to come to Mumbai if she was scared of the Mumbai Police. Since then, Kangana has been facing the wrath of Netizens for her tweet, and there is an outrage on social media. Shiv Sena MLA Pratap Sarnaik tweeted that Kangana comes to Mumbai, their warriors will break her mouth. Now, Rekha Sharma, Chairperson of  National Commission for Women, has demanded action against him.

Shiv Sena MLA Pratap Sarnaik, in his tweet, urged the Home Minister to file a sedition case against Kangana Ranaut for her tweet comparing Mumbai to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK). He also wrote that if Kangana comes to Mumbai, their warriors will break her mouth. His tweet in Marathi read, “कंगनाला खासदार  @rautsanjay61 नी सौम्य शब्दांत समज दिली.ती इथे आली तर आमच्या रणरागिणी तिचे थोबाड फोडल्याशिवाय राहणार नाहीत. उद्योजक व सेलेब्रिटी घडवणाऱ्या मुंबईची तुलना पाकव्याप्त काश्मीरशी करणाऱ्या कंगनावर देशद्रोही म्हणून गुन्हा दाखल करण्याची मी गृहमंत्र्यांना मागणी करणार आहे.”

Reacting to this, Rekha Sharma, Chairperson of  National Commission for Women, has demanded action against the MLA, and she wrote, “According to @ANI @ShivSenaMLA Pratap Sarnaik threaten @KanganaTeam in an interview. He must immediately get arrested  @CPMumbaiPolice. Taking suo motu.” Take a look:


Kangana Ranaut’s tweet had read, “Sanjay Raut Shiv Sena leader has given me an open threat and asked me not to come back to Mumbai after Aazadi graffitis in Mumbai streets and now open threats, why Mumbai is feeling like Pakistan occupied Kashmir?” Many Bollywood celebrities have slammed Kangana Ranaut for her tweet. Renuka Shahane wrote, “Dear @KanganaTeam Mumbai is the city where your dream of becoming a Bollywood star has been fulfilled, one would expect you to have some respect for this wonderful city.
