Actress Kangana Ranaut is fearless and there is clearly no doubt about it. The actress has always voiced out her opinion in regards to Nepotism in Bollywood and always fought against all for the rights of outsiders in the film industry. Kangana’s latest explosive interview with Republic TV has stirred up a storm as the actress spoke on nepotism and lots more. As the debate continues, Kangana Ranaut’s team accuses Javed Akhtar of threatening the actress as the Akhtars speak out on nepotism.

As the Nepotism debate continues, the two generations of the Akhtar family including Javed Akhtar and his kids filmmaker Zoya Akhtar, and actor-director Farhan Akhtar shared their viewpoint and opinions on the topic, in an interview recently. During the interview with India Today, in a promo video shared on Twitter, talking about talent vs nepotism, insiders vs outsiders, Javed Akhtar shared his opinion. Akhtar said, “If I have money, I am putting money on my son, this is nepotism? Then every industry there is nepotism.”  

Replying to the promo video tweeted by the news portal, Kangana Ranaut’s team raised a hard-hitting question and accused Javed Akhtar of threatening the Thalaivi actress. From the official Twitter handle Kangana’s team tweeted, “Dear Akhtars, #KanganaRanaut D/O AmarDeep Ranaut frm Manali evr asked you fr work or favour? Give everything u hv to ur children,hv u heard of live & let live?Why Bully someone’s daughter wen u love your own so much?Why did you call her to ur house& threaten her ? Pls ans this.”


Kangana Ranaut’s team questioned Javed Akhtar firstly if she has ever asked him for work or a favour. Moving on, the team requested Javed Akhtar to give everything to his children, and asked him if he had ever heard of live and let live, and raised another hard-hitting question, accusing him of bullying and threatening Kangana. The team of the Thalaivi actress requested Javed Akhtar to answer the question of why did he call Ranaut to his house and threaten her. Meanwhile, during the promo video from the interview, apart from Javed Akhtar, daughter and Gully Boy director Zoya Akhtar said, “If I am a barber and I have a barbershop, am I going to leave it to my son, or am I going to leave it to the best barber in the city,” and explained, that is the bottom line. On the other hand, Farhan Akhtar mentioned that if a person is very talented, then his/ her talent will find the way and come up to the surface.
