Kangana Ranaut Says ‘My Mumbai Is PoK Now’, Calls It ‘Death Of Democracy’ As BMC Demolishes Parts Of Her Office For 'Structural Violation'
Kangana Ranaut had alleged a few days ago that the BMC officials entered her Mumbai office, Manikarnika Films without prior notice. She had mentioned that they would be demolishing her property. According to TOI, Kangana was given 24 hours on Tuesday to save her bungalow, as the Mumbai municipal corporation issued a 24-hour notice. It was reported that should she fail to reply within 24 hours, the BMC will demolish unauthorised portion of the bungalow. Pictures of parts of Kangana Ranaut’s office being bulldozed have surfaced. Kangana is en route Mumbai from her hometown in Himachal Pradesh. She tweeted, “There is no illegal construction in my house, also government has banned any demolitions in Covid till September 30, Bullywood watch now this is what Fascism looks like #DeathOfDemocracy #KanganaRanaut.” In another tweet she shared a picture of her property being demolished and she wrote, “I am never wrong and my enemies prove again and again this is why my Mumbai is POK now #deathofdemocracy.”

The letter shared by Kangana on Twitter mentioned alleged unauthorized construction of a toilet, kitchen, pantry on the ground floor, and also mentioned an unauthorized room on the first floor. It also listed the illegal inclusion of a balcony on the second floor as habitable area.
