Over the years, Kangana Ranaut has become one of the most sought after actresses in Bollywood. While her movies often leave the fans impressed, she also makes the headlines for her bold statements and fearless attitude. She is always seen taking to her official social media handles to express her opinions on things that go viral on the internet. Recently, a netizen had taken to Twitter to express their disappointment over a girl wearing shorts and crop top to the Baijnath Temple in Himachal Pradesh.

Replying to the tweet, Kangana too has now shared her two cents on the matter. Taking to Twitter, on Friday morning, she lashed out at the girl and people who western clothes that are promoted by white people. She went on to recall an incident she faced in the Vatican for wearing shorts. She added, “These clowns who wear night dresses like they are casuals are nothing but lazy and lame ….. i don’t think they are capable of having any other intention but there should be strict rules for such fools.” ALSO READ: THROWBACK! Well her tweet has received a lot of mixed reactions from the netizens. While many supported her point of view, that religious places should have a dress code that one has to follow, others bashed her from promoting ‘western clothing’ in her movies. One wrote, “Kangana, you guys promote this sort of dressing through your movies and when the public copies you, you seem to have a problem. On the work front, Kangana Ranaut will be seen in Emergency, her first solo directorial project. She will be essaying the role of India’s late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. A period political drama, the movie is based on the emergency period in India during the mid-70s, which was announced by the then PM. She also has RSVP Movies’ Tejas, Chandramukhi 2 and Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda in the pipeline.
