Kapil Sharma, the popular host of a comedy show, has started shooting for his film with Abbas Mustan on Friday.
The host and stand-up comic, who now turns an actor was earlier expected to make his debut with Bank Chor produced by Yash Raj Films, but the deal fell through. Kapil opted to do an Abbas-Mustan’s comedy that teams him with Elli Avaram and Varun Sharma.
The debutant actor tweeted, “First day of my film shoot.. Need ur blessings.. Love u all :)” Abhishek Bachchan was among the first to tweet him a reply.
