As Unlock 1 phase begins, filmmaker Karan Johar excitedly posts a video of his kids Roohi and Yash bidding goodbye to lockdown. Says this is the end of his David 'Lockdown With The Johars' chronicles

Karan Johar Bids Goodbye To 'Lockdown With The Johars' Featuring Kids Roohi And Yash As Unlock 1 Rolls Out
In March 2020 Indian government took a move to curtail further spread of the novel Coronavirus by imposing a lockdown. Now as Unlock 1 happens government allows certain sections of the country to function only after they follow the guidelines, filmmaker Karan Johar and his kids are excited to welcome the new beginning. KJo has been entertaining us with his videos – titled toodles and Lockdown with the Johars even since the lockdown had began featuring his kids Yash and Roohi Johar during the lockdown. 

In the video shared by the filmmaker, we heard him bidding goodbye to the lockdown as the country opens up slowly and steadily in unlock phase 1. He shoots this video in his walk in closet where he began Lockdown with the Johars videos. He is heard saying, “We are where we began our journey and we want to say goodbye to everybody with the first phase of unlock happening” He asks his kids Yash and Roohi to say toodles, while Yash refuses and does it by couple of request of his father, Roohi too is seen walking out of the closet just saying, “I’ll be back,” but turns a deaf ear to toodles. 

An excited KJo shared this video with the caption, “So long farewell!!!! Alvida! Thank you for the abundant love you have all showered on us! We have loved sharing our moments of love and happiness with you and can’t wait to be back ( not with a lockdown ofcourse) this is our final goodbye to # lockdownwiththejohars ! #unlock1”


And guess what these cute antiques of his kids, got attention from the Bollywood stars such as Varun Dhawan, Anushka Sharma, Kiara Advani, Dia Mirza and more. Smriti Irani also mentioned in her comments of KJo’s kids being screen ready. While some mentioned of missing them with lockdownwiththejohars coming to an end, Anushka and Varun just commented on Yash being in no mood to say toodles.
