Karan Johar Issues Apology To Alia Bhatt Making Her Romance Ranveer Singh On Snowy Mountains Wearing Chiffon Sarees: 'I Am Really Sorry, This Sounds Unfair'

Being an avid social media user, Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt never shies away from sharing glimpses of her professional life. May it be through her posts or YouTube vlogs, fans are always left in awe to watch her share a part of her life with them. With the release of her upcoming movie Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani inching closer, she recently shared a seven-minute-long video where she spoke to filmmaker Karan Johar, after the shoot of the song Tum Kya Mile.
The video features a few behind-the-scenes from the songs where Alia can be seen romancing Ranveer Singh on the snowy mountains of Kashmir. While the actor is seen wearing puffer jackets, the actress is seen in various chiffon sarees. During a chat with Karan, the filmmaker went on to apologise to her for making her wear sarees in sub-zero temperatures. Apologising to her, the director says, “Ranveer was in a puffer jacket, she was in a chiffon saree. I am really sorry. This sounds unfair. But like, Alia is there romance in a puffer jacket? There is so much romance in a beautiful saree!” He goes on to profusely apologise for torturing her, which makes the actress burst out laughing. Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani marks Karan Johar’s directorial comeback to the big screens after a long time. Apart from Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, the movie also stars Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and many more in pivotal roles. The movie is set to be released on July 28th.
