Recently, Karan Johar took to his Instagram account and posted a video of his mother Hiroo Johar where she is seen in hospital. The filmmaker’s mother was seen in a wheelchair who is all set to return home after her surgeries. Karan called his mother a ‘Superhero’ and also revealed how his mother underwent 2 surgeries during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. In the video, when Karan asked his mother if she wants to say anything as she leaves for home, Hiroo thanked the doctors and hospital for taking care of her.
Also, she confessed to arguing with the doctors, but they still took care of her. In the video, netizens can also see Dr Ajay as addressed by KJo who took care of his mother. Ending the video by saying, “And the Oscar goes to…”; in his long caption, he revealed his mother was undergoing Spinal Fusion Surgery and right knee replacement surgery in the last 8 months time period. He praised her for her spirit and sense of humour despite being 79 years old.
Ending his Instagram post by mentioning his twins Yash and Roohi are waiting for her at home with a cake, KJo’s Instagram caption read, My Mother … My super hero! She has had two massive surgeries in the lockdown….
