Karan Johar Slams Troll, As They Suggest Him To Bring A ‘Bahu’ For His Mother As Timepass; He Says, ‘A Label Which Comes With Ridiculous Regressive Baggage’
Karan Johar took to his social media to lash out at a troll for suggesting that he should bring home a wife for his mother's timepass
Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar proudly flaunts his ‘flag bearer of nepotism’ tag. Over the years, despite being one of the most celebrated directors of the Hindi film industry, he is often trolled for his fashion statements, personal life choices and blunt statements. On Thursday evening, he took to his official social media handle to slam one of the faceless trolls who suggested that he should bring home a daughter-in-law for his mother.
Replying to a comment that said, “Bahu laa do maa ko time pass nahi hota hoga,” Johar slammed the troll for their regressive thought process. He went on to share that his mother is busy co-parenting his kids, Yash and Roohi, so she doesn't need any timepass. The 51-year-old filmmaker added that if he were to have a partner, it would only be to fill the void in his life.
