Karan Johar might be busy with his multiple productions in the pipeline Brothers, Shuddhi and the recently announced Kapoor And Sons. But the talented filmmaker has already chalked out his next moves, we think.
Yes, despite his hectic schedule, KJo has been making the rounds of Eros office in Andheri, Mumbai over the last few weeks.
Sources close to both parties say that Karan and Sunil Lulla (the CEO of Eros Films) have had fruitful meetings and the two are very excited about their collaboration.
Over the last few years, Dharma Productions has associated with other production houses like UTV Motion Pictures (I Hate Luv Storys), Sony Pictures (We Are Family), Red Chillies Entertainment (Student Of The Year), Phantom Films (Hasee Toh Phasee) and Nadiadwala Grandsons (2 States).
If this collaboration does take shape, it will be the union of two giants indeed. Our source adds, “They will be collaborating on a film soon. Most of the modalities have been worked out, only the finishing touches are left.”
The two are expected to make a formal announcement soon.
