Bollywood actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their second child a few months ago. The couple was blessed with a baby boy for the second time. He was born on February 21, 2021. It was Kareena’s father, veteran actor Randhir Kapoor who had confirmed the news. However, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan did not reveal the name of their second son, immediately after his birth. As per the latest reports, the couple has finally got a name for their little munchkin.
Speaking with ETimes, Kareena’s father, Randhir Kapoor revealed that the couple has decided to name their second son ‘Jeh’. Randhir Kapoor mentioned that the family decided on the name for the baby boy, only last week. The veteran actor confirmed that the little one has been named ‘Jeh’. He said, “Yes, Kareena and Saif's younger son has been named Jeh". As per the report, when asked about when the name was finalised, Randhir Kapoor added, “We finalised it about a week ago."
The name ‘Jeh’ means blue crested bird in Latin. In Parsi, the name means ‘To come, to bring’. Meanwhile, it was reported that Kareena and Saif have been deliberating over various names for their little one. Reports stated that the couple were even considering Mansoor, the name of Saif’s father.
After the birth of Jeh, Saif had issued a statement and said, “We have been blessed with a baby boy. Mom and baby are safe and healthy. Thank you to our well-wishers for their love and support.” While speaking with SpotboyE.com, at that time, the actor had mentioned that Kareena and he have not decided on a name for the little one. On the work front, it was on Friday that Kareena shared an update on her pregnancy memoir. It is titled ‘The Kareena Kapoor Khan Pregnancy Bible’. The actress had announced the book on her first son Taimur Ali Khan’s birthday last year. Saif and Kareena tied the knot in 2011 after dating for a few years.
