Kareena Kapoor Khan And Shahid Kapoor's Aashiqui Mein Teri Track Recreated By Himesh Reshammiya And Ranu Mondal
It’s a hattrick for Ranu Mondal, roped in to croon her third song with Himesh Reshammiya. The duo will record the recreated version of Aashiqui Mein Teri from 36 China Town for the Himesh’s upcoming movie Happy Hardy and Heer. The original featured Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shahid Kapoor
Himesh Reshammiya and singing sensation Ranu Mondal are on a dream run. Discovering her from the Ranaghat station in West Bengal for her epic singing talent, Himesh gave her the golden opportunity to sing for Dabangg 3 and his upcoming movie Happy Hardy and Heer. Now the duo recorded a scratch, as they are about to recreate his own song Aashiqui Mein Teri from 36 China Town. The original track featured ex-flames Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Himesh shared a video on his Instagram account which had him recording with Ranu.
Sharing the video on his Instagram account he mentioned it is only a scratch version of the song, and thanked the netizens for gifting her a smile. He also appreciated her talent and her growing confidence with each song she croons. The song is recreated for his upcoming movie Happy Hardy and Heer, further adding Ganpati wishes for his fans he ended his post. Before this number the music-composer and singer also got Ranu crooning for the song titled Teri Meri Kahani for his film in the recent past. Followed by it he announced further that he is roping her for yet another number titled Aadat in the movie. Revealing more about Ranu, one of the news agencies reported how she and her husband used to work as domestic helps at late actor Feroz Khan's residence in Mumbai.
In conversation with IANS news Himesh said, "Today, I met Ranuji and I feel that she is blessed with divinity. Her singing was mesmerizing and I could not stop myself from offering her the best I could. She has a god's gift which needs to be shared with the world and by singing in my upcoming movie, ‘Happy Hardy and Heer', I think I will help her voice reach everyone."
