Kareena Kapoor Khan Effortlessly Nails Vrikshasana And Natarajasana Yoga Asanas; Shares A Glimpse On Her Instagram
Kareena Kapoor Khan has been practising yoga at her residence under the guidance of her yoga instructor
Diva Kareena Kapoor Khan swears by yoga and credits this form of exercise for helping her lead a healthy life. Often seen posting pictures and videos practising various yoga asanas, today she treated her fans with another post. The Veere Di Wedding actress in her latest Insta Stories shared two pictures, where she is seen effortlessly performing two different asanas. Kareena nails Vrikshasana also called tree pose and Natarajasana called Dancer's Pose with sheer ease. She tagged her yoga instructor in her post.
Her Insta Stories carried the text, “Hustle hustle” with her pictures and clipart of a lady with a big red heart, seated in yoga asana. The Laal Singh Chaddha actress wore a white sports bra with black leggings; she tied her hair in a bun. In the tree pose she balanced her body on one foot and rest her other foot on her thigh, she raised her hands towards the sky, kept her palms joined. In dancer’s pose, balancing her body on one leg, she leaned forward and bent her other leg and held it with her hand as she stretched it back. Meanwhile, keeping her other hand stretched out straight.
