Kareena Kapoor Khan Gives Yoga Inspiration To Saif Ali Khan And Son Taimur Ali Khan On International Yoga Day 2021
After sharing her journey with yoga, Kareena Kapoor Khan inspires husband Saif Ali Khan and son Taimur to take it up too
The fever of International Yoga Day today seems to have hit the Bollywood fraternity strongly. With a lot of actors sharing their stories of the importance of Yoga in their life, it seems like the whole of Bollywood is taking the fitness regime at home very seriously.
Amongst them is also the ever so beautiful Kareena Kapoor Khan, who started with a throwback picture showing her tryst with the art form and then later documenting her journey of getting back into her old regime after the birth of her second baby this year. “For me, my yoga journey began in 2006 when I signed Tashan and Jab We Met... an incredible one... which kept me fit and strong. Now after two babies and four months postpartum... this time I was just exhausted and in too much pain to get back but today I’m slowly and steadily getting back at it. My yoga time is my me time... and of course, consistency is key... so, keep at it people. On that note, I'm going to #stretchlikeacat and hope you do too,” she said.
But looks like she isn’t the only one in the family to take that route. Husband Saif Ali Khan and elder son Taimur Ali Khan also seemed to be inspired by the lady and “following suit” as she said. The actress shared a picture of the father-son duo attempting a difficult hand pose and also doing the downward dog, that too effortlessly. “Following suit for #InternationalYogaDay is the husband and the son... we’re always inspiring each other because #Inspiration starts at home...” she stated.
As people say, the family that exercises together, stays together, and with all three of them seeming to be so good at it, the newest addition to the Khan family could be soon joining them too.
