Kareena Kapoor Khan Has Company; Vidya Balan Turns Radio Jockey!
If all goes well, Vidya Balan will find herself enacting one of her reel-life roles in real life. The talented actress is expected to start recording for it from February 18
Kareena Kapoor Khan debuted as a RJ with her show What Women Want on a radio channel, few days ago. Now, it's going to be VIdya Balan. The Dirty Picture Star who played an ambitious wife in Atul Kasbekar and Tanuj Garg's Tumhari Sulu, two years ago, is getting ready to host her own chat show on radio channel Big FM 92.7 from March.
The show titled - With Vidya Balan Dhun Badal Ke Toh Dekho - will feature conversations with celebrities and challenges stereotypes and pre-conceived notions usually associated with women. Some of her celebrity guests will include Sunny Leone, Karisma Kapoor, Soha Ali Khan, Amrita Arora Ladak, Manish Malhotra, Mallika Dua and Swara Bhasker. Yes, the stage is fast being set!

Its' said that Vidya will also share her some of her experiences with the invitees. Vidya is well-read and endearing; hence there's no reason why her show shouldn't take off well. The modalities have also been worked out and we hear, Vidya will begin recording it on February 18, 19 and 20.
Tumhari Sulu, directed by Suresh Triveni, saw Vidya winning the Best actress Award. Vidya played Sulu, a middle-class housewife who becomes a successful radio jockey, while Manav Kaul played her husband.
