Be it yoga or pilates, weight training or HIIT, cardio or resistance training, Kareena keeps up with her daily routine of getting some adrenaline pumping workout in. A recent video featuring her performing Surya Namaskars has just surfaced online.

The chote nawab sits atop a treadmill watching his mommy, he even gives a nod of approval. Kareena wears a black bustier top, teams it with black tights. She pins her hair in a ponytail as she performs the back-bending asanas. Seems like the video has been shot inside Kareena’s house.
Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Taimur spent an extended vacation in the UK recently. They got back to Mumbai a few days back, much to the paps’ relief. Little man, Taimur, piggybacked on Saif, as the three made their way out of the airport.
