Katrina Kaif Reveals Ranbir Kapoor Introduced Her To Instagram; Also Spills The Beans On His Fake Account- Watch Video
Katrina Kaif appeared on Arbaaz Khan's chat show Quick Heal Pinch where she spoke about social media and went on to reveal that it was her ex-flame Ranbir Kapoor who introduced her to Instagram
Katrina Kaif was never into social media. It’s only since the last couple of years that the actress developed a liking for the medium and is now very active. In fact, she even became the fastest growing Indian celeb on Instagram. Her followers have exceeded the 21 million mark in 3 years, which is an achievement.
However, not many would be aware that it was her ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor who introduced her to the medium and also taught her how it works. On Arbaaz Khan’s chat show Quick Heal Pinch, Kat was asked by Arbaaz if she has any secret account to stalk people, to which she replied, “No, no.” Then, she added, "I know Ranbir has. And Ranbir, by the way, was the person who showed me how Instagram works." Kat even revealed that he has a fake account just to stalk people. Watch the video here:
It was in 2016 that Ranbir-Kat called it quits, after dating for seven years. Currently, Ranbir is going strong with his Brahmastra co-star Alia Bhatt, who was once Kat’s BFF. Recently, while speaking to Mumbai Mirror, the actress opened up on her break-up with RK Junior. She told the leading tabloid, “I had to break before I could proceed to rebuild myself. I had to unravel and feel everything that had happened… I had to take full responsibility for my part in the equation, what I could and should have done better… And accept that the parts that I was not responsible for were not my problem. One thought that helped me when I was at my lowest was something my mom told me, 'So many girls and women go through the same thing, you feel you are alone, but you are not.' That thought was very comforting."
