Katrina Kaif's Makeup Artist Told By A Female Choreographer 'I Will Slap You'; He Retorts, 'Joota Marunga, Dauda Dauda Ke'- EXCLUSIVE
Katrina Kaif's makeup artist Subhash is spitting fire at Urvi Seth (director-choreographer) who he alleges treated him very badly at a Malobika Banerjee shoot he worked in, yesterday
It was so much happening at a music video shoot last night at Madh Island that things really went out of hand. Bengali actress Malobika Banerjee was shooting for a sad, romantic number- and sadly, a big fight ensued between her makeup artist Subhash (who is the trusted and regular makeup artist of Katrina Kaif, Preity Zinta and many others) and her director-choreographer Urvi Seth Dhruv.
When contacted, Subhash confirmed that Urvi had threatened to slap him and he told her in return, 'Joota Marunga, Dauda Dauda Ke'.
According to Subhash, Urvi failed to understand his creatives when he told her to do the nude makeup shots at the beginning as the make-up material would take time to come off if applied at the beginning, which in turn may not make Malobika look at her best. "Urvi was very rude and disrespectful towards me. I have never faced such a situation in my entire career, so far."
The flashpoint of the shoot, which was further marred by more differences between Urvi and Subhash, was reached close to midnight when Urvi wanted a certain makeup to be completed in 10 minutes but Subhash said that it would take 20.
Malobika too confirmed the unpleasant incident in full, and said, "I had to literally fold my hands and ask them to stop. Tension was in the air, right from the word 'Go'. I don't know if they have a history, but I will definitely ensure that they both aren't present in any of my shoots hereafter, together. Waise I don't think they would ever work together again.
But yes, I must admit that Urvi made it ugly first when she got hyper and told Subhash 'I will slap you'.
As for Subhash, this is my third shoot with him in 8 months and he is a very senior man whom I never had a problem with."
Urvi Seth lashed out at Subhash, when we called her. "I don't want to see that man's face ever again. He said a very provoking line- 'Hum chalu logon se kaam nahin karte aur hum chalu kaam bhi nahin karte. I obviously lost it, thereafter.

I don't know why but he was taking a very long time during every change. We had 7 changes in the shoot but he was extremely arrogant and refusing to understand.
I wish he knew there's a hierarchy and a protocol that he needs to follow."
Added Urvi, "I am extremely disappointed and hurt at what happened. If I wanted, I would have filed an FIR against Subhash."
