Katrina Kaif is gearing up for a two-part superhero film, which is yet to be titled. After the release of Ananya Panday and Ishaan Khatter’s Khaali Peeli, the filmmaker is now paying undivided attention to his untitled superhero film led by Kat. Earlier reports stated that it will shot in 4 countries including Abu Dhabi and Dubai. They have also zeroed down on Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Delhi for the shoot. Now we bring you a sad piece of news for those who were eagerly waiting to know the name of the leading male actor opposite Katrina.

Katrina Kaif’s superhero film will be all about the actress. As per the latest online report, the Bharat actress will go solo and no male lead will be cast opposite her. Yes, you heard that right! During his conversation with ETimes, director Ai Abbas Zafar revealed that there will be no male actor in the film as Katrina doesn’t need a man. 
During his interview when he was asked if he has zeroed down on any male actor’s name, he said, “Well, I don't need a man opposite Katrina in this film. She herself is the hero as well.”

Earlier confirming him creating the superhero universe, he had told Mumbai Mirror, “Yes, I am creating a superhero universe, beginning with Katrina’s film. We then move to Mr. India, which will carry forward bits from Katrina’s film, and we are developing two more characters.
