Filmmaker Karan Johar is one of the celebrated directors in the tinsel town. Last night, the director threw a great grand belated birthday party at his place. But before we start ranting on the list of the biggies who attended this birthday, let us tell you, Karan Johar ringed in his 47th birthday on May 25 and for the same, KJo hosted a party last night.
The paparazzi saw a series of Bollywood stars making it to the belated birthday bash. Stars like Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Sidharth Malhotra, Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani marked their presence with full glory.
We also saw Karan's students from Student Of The Year 2, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday making their way to the birthday bash. Karan became a mentor for many now and hence the Dhadak star Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter were also seen attending their mentor's birthday bash.
Badrinath Ki Dulhania director, Shashank Khaitan, Neha Dhupia with her hubby Angad Bedi, Sonakshi Sinha, Diana Penty, Parineeti Chopra and Kriti Sanon amongst others were also spotted out KJo's residence.
On the work front, Karan Johar's horror series film, BHOOT — Part One: The Haunted Ship starring Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles. After Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Karan will again don his director's hat for Takht. Set in the Mughal era, the period drama features Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor in lead roles. The film is slated to hit the screens in 2020.
