Celebrity weddings in India are considered one of the most-watched events in the country. With the latest one happening in Rajasthan, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal will be tying the knot on December 9, 2021. The pre-wedding festivities will begin today as the couple has reached the venue. As per the latest report in Pinkvilla.com, the couple has been approached with a 100 Crore deal by one of the OTT giants. The OTT giant has pushed forth an envelope to capture the exclusive footage of VicKat wedding and pay a big moolah for it.

The portal reports, “It’s a common trend in the west for celebrities to sell off their wedding footage and images to magazines and at times even channels, as there are a lot of fans who wish to witness all that happened in the life changing event of their idol. The streaming giant is planning to bring in the same trend in India too and to kick off their wedding franchise, they have offered Rs 100 crore to Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal.”

If the couple gives a nod to it, this star-studded wedding will be shot and streamed on the OTT platform as a feature film. This film will have adorable moments, exclusive interviews of the family members, stylist, makeup artist, guests and others present at the wedding.  The report further read, “It’s upto Katrina and Vicky to decide on the future course of action. There is a possibility of them letting go of the offer and there is also a possibility of them collaborating with this giant as they want their fans to witness all that happened in the palace.”
