This morning, after announcing the release date of Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday starrer Khaali Peeli, the first song of the film was dropped online. The peppy track titled Beyonce Sharma Jayegi was dropped earlier today. But it seems like netizens completely disapprove of this new song. Last month, Ishaan and Ananya’s Khaali Peeli trailer was heavily trolled on social media for being a nepotistic product. However, this time VJ Andy and other social media users are off by the makers for comparing Ananya Panday to American singer and songwriter Beyoncé. So much so, that Indian fans are apologizing to Queen B.

Expressing his disappointment, VJ Andy shared a clip from the song and called it a racist sexist hot mess. He Tweeted, “Oh Dear! #BeyonceSharmaJayegi Might be the worse thing I’ve seen ever! I’d like to apologise to  @Beyonce for this racist sexist hot mess. #BLM #mondaythoughts.” Netizens have made Beyonce trend on number 2 on Twitter. A user wrote, “They r literally saying that "Beyonce would be ashamed looking at Ananya because Ananya is Goriya (white)" Next time Bollywood says BLM, fuck them.”

Meanwhile, announcing the release date of the film, Ananya shared a new poster and wrote, “Mad ride ki sawari karni hai, toh ready rehneka 2nd October ko!
