Kho Gaye Hum Kahan: Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday And Adarsh Gourav Team Up For A Coming Of ‘Digital’ Age Story
After working together in Shakun Batra’s upcoming film, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday have teamed up again - this time alongside Adarsh Gourav, for a coming of ‘digital’ age story, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan by Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby
It was at a roundtable discussion towards the end of 2019 when Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi were first seen together. Even amongst other newcomers, the sparks between the two were unavoidable. That interview might have given rise to a lot of memes but the banter between these two actors sure made way for them to be cast together.
It first happened when Shakun Batra cast Siddhant and Ananya alongside Deepika Padukone for his upcoming urban drama. The team recently wrapped up the shoot of the film last month and even before the film could release, Siddhant and Ananya are all set to star again in a new film, this time with The White Tiger actor Adarsh Gourav.
This morning, Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby announced their latest collaboration, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, with the film’s poster and an announcement video. The film has been described as young, fresh and relevant. It is a coming of 'digital' age story of three friends in the city of Mumbai.
Kho Gaye Hum Kahan will mark the directorial debut of Arjun Varain Singh and is written by him, Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti. The film is being produced by Zoya, Reema, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, and is eyeing a theatrical release in 2023.
Siddhant started his film career with Excel as MC Sher in the Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt-starrer Gully Boy, which garnered him a lot of praise and appreciation. He also has Phone Bhoot with the production house up next, which also features Katrina Kaif and Ishaan Khatter. His third project with them is Yudhra where he is paired opposite Malavika Mohanan and thus, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan will mark their fourth film collaboration.
As for Ananya, it’s her first collaboration with Excel Entertainment and up next, she has Shakun’s film and Liger with Vijay Deverakonda. Adarsh came into limelight earlier this year with his breakout role in The White Tiger with Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Rajkummar Rao. Before that, he had done pivotal roles in films like My Name Is Khan, Mom and the web series Hostel Daze.
