KJo’s Dharma Productions To Receive A Notice From Goa Waste Management Office After Deepika Padukone Starrer's Team 'Litters On A Goan Beach'
Goa Waste Management Minister Michael Lobo revealed that KJo’s Dharma will soon receive a notice from the Waste Management office for littering on a Goan beach during the shoot of their Deepika Padukone starrer
Karan Johar’s Dharma Production is making headlines for all the wrong reasons. Deepika Padukone, Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi are currently shooting for Shakun Batra’s untitled next under the banner of KJo’s Dharma production. Well, the controversy around Karan and Deepika’s film erupted when Kangana Ranaut had shared a video from the sets of the film. The video showcased litter and unsegregated garbage, dumped PPE kits used by the crew on the sets of KJo’s next that is taking place on a beachside in a Goan village.
Now Goa Waste Management Minister Michael Lobo revealed that KJo’s Dharma will soon receive from the Waste Management office. ANI quoted, Lobo saying, “Dharma Productions will get a notice for a fine from the Goa Waste Management office. Goa is a beautiful state and people come here for shooting films. Everyone is welcome to come and shoot but take your trash away and don't leave it here. They have still not apologized yet.”
Lobo further added, “Whatever fine they have to pay, directions will be issued by our office. Minimum or maximum fine we will put.” It was just yesterday Goa-based line producer Dilip Borkar, who had been hired by the Karan Johar's production firm, hit back at the actress and said she doesn’t know the ground realities.

During a press conference in Panaji on Wednesday Goa-based line producer Dilip Borkar, said, “No one knows the ground reality. Kangana Ranaut does not know anything about what is happening here. This is wrong. She is spoiling Goa's name there are efforts to defame us. We do not know why maybe because Dharma Production is involved or Karan Johar's name is involved."
