Dil Bechara marks late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s last screen outing, and while fans eagerly waited for the premiere of the film, it was also heartbreaking for many of his fans to watch the movie. Dil Bechara released on Disney+Hotstar on July 24, and apart from Sushant, it also stars Sanjana Sanghi in the lead role. The film has received a great response, and the OTT platform also called the film the biggest movie opening ever. Now, Sushant’s Raabta co-star and rumoured ex-girlfriend Kriti Sanon penned a touching note after watching Dil Bechara, read on!
Sharing the last clip of the film Dil Bechara on her Instagram post, Kriti Sanon wrote that it broke her heart once again. “Its not Seri! And it will never sink in.. This broke my heart..again..In Manny, i saw YOU come alive in so so many moments.. i knew exactly where you had put in a bit of yourself in the character..And as always, your most magical bits were your silences.. those bits where you said nothing and yet u said so much!” wrote Kriti.
In her note, she further praised the director Mukesh Chhabra as well as Sushant’s co-star in the film Sanjana Sanghi. “@castingchhabra I know this film will always mean a lot more to you than what we had thought.. you made us feel too many emotions in your first! Wish you and @sanjanasanghi96 a beautiful journey ahead!” read Kriti’s note.
For those unaware, the word 'Seri' in Dil Bechara is Kizie and Manny's secret word, giving them hope that everything will be 'okay'.
Meanwhile, Disney+Hotstar tweeted, “A film that will always be etched in the hearts of all Bollywood fans. Your love has made Dil Bechara the biggest movie opening.
