Kunal Kemmu spills the beans on why he won’t eat food cooked by wife Soha Ali Khan
Amidst the lockdown, actor Kunal Kemmu celebrated his 37th birthday on May 25, 2020 with wife Soha Ali Khan and darling daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. Kunal is making the most of his quarantine time by indulging in to day-to-day routine activities with daughter like playful workout with her, helping clean vegetables and much more. During a recent interview with ETimes Kunal said that he won’t eat food cooked by Soha Ali Khan.
Go Goa Gone actor disclosed his isolated birthday plans and stated, “Frankly speaking, in a scenario like this, where the world is battling COVID-19, there’s no mood for celebration. The entire family will just connect digitally. My dad is in Jammu with my grandmother and wasn’t able to come here. My mom is at home in Mira Road. Everybody is separated by distance, but thanks to the invention of video calls.”
He further added “I was shooting for my film Lootcase and at night Soha and a couple of friends landed on the sets and surprised me.” Yesterday, when Kunal was asked about what was in store for his birthday special, he gave a prompt reply and said, “Soha is very particular about planning and celebrating birthdays. I am sure she’s up to something. She will get a cake and may be treat me to my favourite dish.” When asked about if she’s baking the cake and spinning a dish in the kitchen?, he said “No way (laughs). There’s no baking and cooking happening at home. Well, Soha doesn’t know how to cook. And if she does cook something for me, I probably won’t eat it (laughs).”
Kunal even spoke about her daughter Inaaya who is equally excited for his birthday and she is busy making birthday card for him. Kunal concluded saying, “She has been working on it since the last week. She enjoys birthdays.
